Matildah Makandiona Tekeshe is a Zimbabwean, UK based Gospel Artist, born in a family of six from Mutare Zimbabwe. She is happily married to Pfungwa Tekeshe and they are blessed with three beautiful daughters. Matildah is a member of ZAOGA FIF Ministries International, Bedford Assembly, United Kingdom. She is a passionate worshipper who holds leading roles in  Praise and Worship at both the  Assembly and Regional levels.
Born again at the age of 13, Matildah became a very active member of the Scripture Union group during her school days at Highfield High 2, leading  the group and sang during  school assemblies.  She grew up singing in the church Praise and Worship Team and also used to sing with her sister Tsitsi Maraba who mentored her effectively in singing, leading Matildah to discover the singer/songwriter in her from the year 2006.
